Location: Near Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £23,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility, e.g. around childcare)
About the Role
As a Transport & Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the owners of the business in the day-to-day running of operations. From organising bookings to supporting drivers, your work will help ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inputting bookings into the transport program MoDel.
- Organising bookings into the transport diary.
- Assisting and organising drivers, overseeing compliance paperwork.
- Generating bookings on transport platforms (e.g. Move X).
- General office administration and filing.
- Supporting the management of business social media pages.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous motor trade experience preferred (but not essential – full training provided).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and managing information.
